1. Product selection :
Sofruce has very high standards concerning its product selection. In order to respect the procedures for a smooth delivery, Sofruce demands a specification from its suppliers and is committed to working only with Global G.A.P. suppliers.
2. Food safety :
To insure a high standard of food safety Sofruce :
- Carries out pesticide analysis (LMR)
- Controls the quality of its products step by step up until the delivery
- Has a strict approach to HACCP
Sofruce has an internal quality manual, a product quality charter and the company is commited to Saint Charle's quality approach, the IFS Logistics standard and the Organic certification.
